1) Comparison based on a 12mth automatic payment plan when you pay on time. 2) You can claim if a) you provide your last bill (no older than 3mths) from another provider, and show the amount you paid (incl. ongoing discounts & credits) is lower than what you would have paid with Dodo; or b) switch to Dodo by 31/12/11 and show that your 1st bill with Dodo is higher than what you would have paid with your previous provider (based on published rates). 3) Excludes competitors' one-off discounts/credits, feed-in tariffs & charges for miscellaneous services. 4) If a competitor applies a discount in one bill that relates to several usage periods (e.g. annual loyalty credit), only the component relating to the bill period is counted. 5) Limit of one $100 claim per household. 6) VIC residential customers only. 7) Employees of electricity providers and affiliated companies excluded. 9) Expires 31/12/2011, unless extended.
